As a leader, you decide which headshots your employees receive.
As the administrator of the business package, you have a lot of control. You can assign a team name on the dashboard, which makes it easier to organize and identify the employees in your team. Additionally, you can choose to lock certain styles for both men and women. This means that your employees will not be able to select their own styles if you have set this option. By choosing a style – for example, a specific background – you ensure that all headshots are consistent and reflect the company's visual identity. You can choose to lock the styles or allow employees to choose on their own directly on the platform.
How to get started:
We recommend that the person responsible for the purchase starts by ordering the medium package. This package includes 80 headshots, which is also included in the business package. This way, you can first get an overview of the different styles and choose the ones that best fit your brand and identity before selecting them for all employees.
How do I purchase headshots for my employees?
On our website, you can easily find the business package in the menu under “Business”. Here, you can adjust the number of employees you wish to purchase headshots for by sliding the slider. The more employees, the larger the discount. Once the purchase is completed, your account will be credited with a number of "tokens" corresponding to the number of employees. For example, if you purchase for 25 employees, there will be 25 tokens available in your account. Each employee uses one token to generate their headshots.
How do my employees/colleagues upload images?
As an admin, you have the option to send an invitation link directly to your employees. You can either copy the unique link assigned to you and send it to your employees, who will then be taken directly to the dashboard. Here, they will use their token to generate their headshots. Alternatively, you can choose to add the employees' email addresses in the designated field. You can paste multiple emails at once, and our system will automatically send out the invitations.
How do we ensure that we comply with GDPR?
We are fully committed to handling your data with the utmost confidentiality. Your headshots can therefore be deleted with a single click, anytime and anywhere. We use AES256 encryption and databases hosted in Europe, and we work with providers certified according to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 for your images. We also automatically delete them from our system after 30 days.
Can other employees see my headshots?
No, only the admin and you can see your headshots. Each employee has a folder where all headshots are stored.
Can we purchase additional headshots for extra employees later on?
Yes, you can. You simply need to purchase more tokens, which can be done via the dashboard.
What do we do if an employee has uploaded the wrong selfies?
It is always important to follow the guidelines to achieve good results. Good input = good output. Remember to only upload images of the person for whom you want headshots. If a mistake has been made, please contact us via live chat.
What do we do if we are not satisfied with the result?
If you have not achieved good results, it is in 99% of cases due to your input images. Remember to upload various pictures of yourself/the person, where your face is clearly visible – using only relatively new photos that you are sure resemble you today (preferably as recent as possible). Perhaps take a bunch of new selfies throughout the day (they don’t have to be “good” pictures, if you know what I mean).
