Although almost 99% of our customers are satisfied with their AI headshots, there may be situations where your images don't accurately represent you for various reasons. At Headshots.so, we are dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience. Therefore, we are more than ready to offer a free retry or a full refund in these cases.
However, as our product is digital and to avoid abuse, we have implemented several policies to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.
What does not qualify for reimbursement
We may not be able to offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Not following our upload instructions: If you are unhappy with your result, we will review your uploaded photos to verify that you have followed our upload instructions.
Using your photos: To prevent misuse, downloading your photos is considered use of your product. You will have the option to preview all your AI-generated images before downloading.
Deadline for reimbursement requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Already got extra attempts: Furthermore, in cases where the user has received an additional attempt to create headshots through the use of a discount code or similar, a refund will not be possible. This is due to the high GPU costs associated with the creation of AI images, which imposes significant costs on Headshots.so.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact customer support by sending an email to hey@headshots.dk or by using our chat box. When requesting a refund, remember to include the email address associated with your order.
License and usage rights:
The User is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated headshots for lawful purposes, both personal and commercial, in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of liability:
Headshots.so disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of the Service.
Personal data and privacy:
The user's personal data and uploaded images are treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Warranty and Copyright:
The user guarantees that they have all necessary rights to the uploaded images and disclaims Headshots.so any liability for infringements of third party rights.
Changes to the Service:
Headshots.so reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with or without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by Danish law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
